Issues Part Two: Addicted
No one ever says to themselves, “Man, life is going so great that today I think I am going to mess it up as bad as I can.” No one intentionally does that. BUT: Unintentionally, people do it all the time, don’t they?
Even though no one plans to do that, thousands and thousands of people open the door to very dangerous stuff every single day and find themselves living with this issue of addiction.
Is there any hope for those who find themselves being mastered by something other than Christ? God’s Word has the answer.

If we can walk away with one big theme from the life of Abraham and Sarah…it is the theme of faith. The good news is that (just like us) their faith wasn’t always perfect and never faltering…and yet they are still remembered as a great couple of faith! If we are going to be successful in our marriages, it is going to take faith as well…check it out!

Back to School Bash 2018
We had an awesome time ministering to our community through the Back to School Bash! Backpacks, school supplies, wellness screenings, school uniforms and more were given away to families in Chester County. Thank you to everyone who participated!
We also had a “Back to School” pool party for all of our student, kiddos, and families! It was a wonderful way to wrap up Summer and get the school year started! 81 attended!
This year, we also had a special “Teacher/Staff Appreciation Night” where we took the time to honor and pray for all of our local educators and bless them with gift cards and a great time of fellowship and food! We also had a drawing where the winning teacher received a $100 gift card…and our church will also be sponsoring them for the year! This year’s winner was Colette Carrabba.
Our Grace Kiddos recently provided us with an awesome time of special music with our worship leader, Scott Diffee! If you haven’t seen it, you can check it out here:
Sunday School: Sunday, Aug. 5th we broke our record Sunday School attendance by having 100 in Sunday School!
Thank you to all of our teachers and director for doing such a good job making disciples!
