Under Pressure

How can you be thankful in tough times? When things aren’t going your way, you are all stressed out, and you feel like throwing in the towel? How can you be thankful in tough times? Philippians 4 has the answer!

Begin Again (Again)

I can guarantee you that right now at this moment there are many of you who are facing

• impossible challenges,

• significant trials,

• situations that you don’t know how to get out of,

and you genuinely need the power of a God who can do anything.

And so, my goal today is to through the power of God’s Word help build your faith like a child to believe that all things are possible with God.

And even if He doesn’t do what you want Him to do…You will still believe!

Read the Bible in 2020!

One of the best choices you can make!

2020 can be one of the best years for you spiritually if you will take a few moments each day–and read the Bible! You can do it in under 15 minutes a day! Here are a couple of plans that may be beneficial to you:

The One Year Bible Plan

If you do not already have the YouVersion Bible App, I would encourage you to get it. It is a wonderful, free tool that can help you have easy access to Scripture. You can download it on your phone, iPad, laptop, etc. This plan is found there. It has daily readings from the Old Testament, New Testament, Psalms, and Proverbs and will guide you through God’s Word in one year. This is the plan that I will be doing this year!

The Discipleship Journal Bible Reading Plan

The Discipleship Journal plan is a “through the Bible in a year” plan that you can print off if you would like.

The Read Your Bible for Life Simplified

This plan is meant for those who are not quite ready to tackle the whole
plan, but who want to read through the highlights of the Story of Scripture.
Each day, start by reading the passage or passages in parentheses, and then feel free to read more!

Whatever plan that you choose, I pray that it will be a blessing for you as you allow God’s Word to speak to you.

Don’t forget: No Mid-week services tonight Jan 1st!

Happy New Year!

Now is the time to share Jesus!

Pastor Marcus

Unforgivable

Jesus said there is one sin for which He did not die. There is one sin that once it is committed there is no divine pardon that can take it away. There is a sin that God’s delete button will not touch. When a person commits this sin, they are as assured of hell as if they were already there. What is that sin?

The Christmas Promise

God is about to bring to pass all the prophecies concerning the Messiah and He is going to use Joseph to be a huge part of it. From this great, great man, we can learn some valuable lessons that will help us when we face difficult times. Joseph will teach us to trust the promises of God.
